High Stress Diet!!!

Because Comics Cards And Collectables cares about you… We are posting this Health Related item for the good of all!!!

If you, like many of us, including myself, have wrestled with weight related issues (possibly because of the high stress levels in your life) but just can’t seem to find a diet you can stick to I think I have discovered the solution!!!

THE DIET FOR THOSE UNDER HIGH AMOUNTS OF STRESS!!!

DIETING UNDER STRESS

This Diet ls designed to help you cope with the. stress that builds up during the day.

B REAKFA S T

1/2 grapefruit

1 slice dry whole wheat toast

8 oz. skim milk

coffee

LUNCH

4 oz. Lean broiled chicken breast

1 cup steamed spinach

1 cup green tea

1 Oreo cookie

MID-AFTERNOON SNACK

Rest of the Oreos in package

2 pints Rocky Road Or Moose Tracks (or 1 pint of each) Ice Cream

1 Jar hot fudge sauce, nuts, cherries, whipped cream

DINNER

2 loaves garlic bread with cheese

1 Large sausage, mushroom, onion, peperoni, cheese pizza

4 cans or 1 large pitcher root-beer or the soda of your choice

3 Milky Way or Snickers candy bars

LATE NIIGHT SNACK DURING EVENING NEWS

Entire frozen cheese cake – eaten directly from freezer

SPECIAL RULES FOR THIS DIET

  1. If you eat something and no one sees you eat it, it has no calories

  2. If you drink a diet soda with another item of food (ie. candy bar, slice of cake, piece of cheese cake , or hot fudge sundae) any calories in said food are canceled out by the diet soda.

  3. When eating with someone else your calories don’t count if that person eats more than you.

  4. Snacks purchased when at the movies (ie Buttered Popcorn, Good & Plentys, Dots, Milk Duds, Raisinettes, Junior Mints, Red Hots, Red Vines, Tootsie Rolls, et al) do not contain any calories as they are part of the entire “Entertainment Package” and not part of one’s personal fuel.

  5. Cookie pieces contain NO Calories!!! When a cookie is broken (whether accidentally or deliberately) the calories in said cookie immediately escape and become “Free Range Calories”. These calories will then stampede to the nearest human body and invade it…So always “Break And Shake” cookies away from yourself and in the direction of another person. WARNING…Beware of alleged friends breaking cookies in YOUR direction!!!!

  6. Things licked of knives and spoons during the process of preparing meals or snacks (ie peanut butter on a knife while making a sandwich or ice cream (or hot fudge) on a spoon when making a sundae) contain no calories.

  7. Foods with the same color have the same calorie content. For example, Spinach is green as is pistachio ice cream…therefore the ice cream MUST contain the same amount of calories as spinach. NOTE: Chocolate is a universal color and can safely substitute for any other color.
